Terms of Service:

1. Scope

The existing general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the relationship between Kokka Flokka Studios, Bloom Group GmbH, Rosenweg 3, 6340 Baar, and the registered customers of the booking platform or online shops www.KokkaFlokka.com. These GTC apply to every application of the platform and to all services offered by Kokka Flokka Studios via the booking platform. Kokka Flokka Studios operates “hairdressing services” in the special various extensions methods and sells your own hair products via the online shop. 3. Ownership and Right of Use

Kokka Flokka Studios or its licensors are entitled to all rights to the booking platform and online shop and to the information contained or available therein. This includes all rights to the programs, tools, companies and resources associated with the booking platform and online shop. Customers and visitors to the platform have no rights to the booking platform and online shop and its content.

3.2. Right of use of customers and visitors

4. User Obligations

The customer is obliged to provide correct and complete information and to keep it up to date. The customer or visitor agrees to comply with the customary data protection regulations. In addition, the customer or visitor is obliged to report any unauthorized form of use of their user data to Kokka Flokka Studios immediately, be it in relation to misleading or fraudulent information or applications that were not initiated by the person concerned.

The customer or visitor has to take care of the technical basics for the optimal use of the booking platform and online shop. In particular, he is responsible for the updates and general topicality of his web browser or PDF reader in order to be able to use the booking platform and online shop without restrictions. The costs of any necessary precautions are to be borne by the users of the booking platform and online shop themselves. The customer agrees and undertakes, in the event of non-compliance with a booked appointment reservation, to cancel at least 48 hours before the booked appointment. Unexcused appointment reservations will be charged at 50% of the booked final price.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties, Liability and Indemnification
